Inventory Form Details Page

The Inventory form details page provides full access to all data for a building (e.g., full attributes, photos, attachments) as well as all functionality for editing and processing a building inventory form. To view the Inventory Form details page for a building, from the Inventory Form tab, click the View button for the desired row within the grid. The Inventory Form details page is displayed as shown below.

The left panel contains a form containing all attribute data for the building, while the right side of the display is divided between a map view and a panel with two tabs for displaying either photos or attachments.

Resizing Panels with the “Splitter”

It should be noted that a “splitter” (dividing line) is present vertically between the left and right sides of the page, as well as horizontally between the map display and the photos/attachments panel. The splitters can be used to resize (by dragging the line icon) the panels to maximize the view of a section and can be collapsed entirely to hide a section by clicking the small triangle icon within the splitter.

Form Panel

The panel on the left is a scrollable form that provides a view of all building data. At the top of the form panel, several buttons are available, as well as the status of the inventory form (Incomplete, Complete, Submitted or Needs Editing).

By default, the form is read only, but can be switched to “edit mode” by clicking the Edit button (pencil icon) at the top of the form. When the form switches to edit mode, the Edit button is replaced with two buttons allowing the user to either Save the changes or Cancel edit mode without saving any changes (both exit edit mode).

Communication Notes

Each inventory form can store a series of communication notes that allows both the consultant staff and SHPO to add text notes to effectively communicate about the status of a building during the lifecycle of the inventory form (e.g., needs editing, complete, etc.). At the top of the form panel are two buttons allowing the user to View Notes and Add a Note.

Photos Tab

The Photos tab displays all photos currently stored with the inventory form. A series of tools are available to manage the photos.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab displays all attachments currently stored with the inventory form. A series of tools are available to manage the attachments.
