The Photos tab within the Building Inventory form details page displays all photos currently collected and stored for the building. Each photo is displayed as a thumbnail image along with the date of the photo and description at the bottom. There is always a “primary” photo (default is the first one collected) which is displayed with a red box surrounding the photo. The primary photo will ultimately be loaded into CRIS as the primary photo (i.e., it will be the photo displayed on the USN details page within CRIS). A check box control is also available for selecting the photo for management functions. The following buttons are available within the tab for processing photos:

Makes the currently selected (checked) photo the primary photo

Rotate

Rotates the currently selected photo(s) 90 degrees to the right

Deletes the currently selected photo(s)

Upload
|
Allows the user to upload additional photos from their computer
