District Resource Wizard

The District Resource Wizard is used to fulfill SHPO requests for district USN updates.

There are 4 steps in the District Resource Wizard:

1. District Location: The location and boundary of the district.
2. District Details: The name and description of the district.
3. Resources Found in District: The built resources that make up the district.
4. District Photos: Any general photographs of the district.
