Communicate Page

The Communicate page provides options for you to view and respond to project correspondence from SHPO. In the top navigation bar, click Communicate (to the right of Search) to open the Communicate page, as shown below.

The options are listed under I would like to view or address information for one of the following communication areas.

• Answer a Question: When SHPO asks for project information through CRIS without a formal information request, an email notification is sent to the project’s primary contact. The contact or another party may respond to the question through this link.
• View and/or Address a Response: When SHPO issues a response to a project submission, you may view it through this link. You may also fulfill any SHPO requests for more information.
• View Project Information (Consultation Effect Findings): When SHPO issues an impact or effect finding letter and closes a consultation project, you may download the letter through this link.
