To delete an Inventory Form, open the Inventory Form details page, and click the Delete button. A confirmation dialog is displayed. To continue and delete the Inventory Form, click the Delete button on the dialog, otherwise click the Cancel button.

Deleting Multiple Inventory Forms

To delete several Inventory Forms at once, from the Inventory Forms tab on the Survey Project details page, select (check) all those to be deleted in the grid and click the Delete button. A confirmation dialog is displayed. To continue and delete the Inventory Forms, click the Delete button on the dialog, otherwise click the Cancel button.

**NOTE: Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone**
