Submitting Inventory Forms to SHPO

When an inventory form has been marked as "Complete" and has undergone a final review, it can be submitted to SHPO for subsequent loading into the CRIS database.

To submit an Inventory Form to SHPO, open the Inventory Form details page, and click the Submit to SHPO button . The Inventory Form will be submitted to SHPO for review and the status will change to "Submitted".

Submitting Multiple Inventory Forms

To submit several Inventory Forms at once, from the Inventory Forms tab on the Survey Project details page, select (check) all those to be submitted in the grid and click the Submit to SHPO button .

The selected Inventory Forms will be submitted to SHPO for review and the status will change to "Submitted".

Once an Inventory Form is submitted to SHPO, it will either be:

Loaded into the CRIS database as a new (or updated) building USN by SHPO (status will change to "Loaded"); or,

Flagged as needing further editing by the consultant (status will change to "Needs Editing").

It is important to note that once an Inventory Form is submitted, it can no longer be edited.

Unsubmitting Inventory Forms

If an Inventory form is inadvertently submitted to SHPO (and has NOT yet been Loaded into the CRIS database), the user can "unsubmit" the inventory form and revert the status back to "Complete" so that further editing/processing can be conducted. To unsubmit an inventory form, click the Unsubmit button  on the Inventory Form details page.
