All CRIS Trekker applications require the user to login to the SHPO ArcGIS Online (AGO). Users must use their CRIS NY.GOV login credentials and cannot use an existing ArcGIS Online account from another organization.

It is important to note that each user must have their CRIS account authorized for Trekker use by SHPO prior to logging in to any Trekker application for the first time.

•The first time a user logs in to a Trekker application, they will need to enter the ArcGIS Online organization for SHPO

oClick the "Enterprise Login" button

oClick the link "Enter another Organization"

oEnter the following URL "nysparks-app" and click the checkbox "Remember this URL"

Note: All subsequent logins, the user will not have to enter the URL, and can simply click the button for "Nysparks-app" under Enterprise logins as shown in the image below

•          The user will then presented with another dialog to select the organization. Click the "NYS Parks Application" button as                     shown in the image below.

•Next, the user will be presented with the NY.GOV login. Enter your credentials for the account that is used to login to CRIS, and click the "Sign In" button as shown in the image below.
