Managing District Attachments

 

 

 

The Attachments tab within the Proposed District details page displays all attached documents currently stored with the inventory form. It should be noted that the Survey123 Proposed District form does not provide the ability to upload attachments, therefore by default there will be no attachments for a District. Any attachments that the user would like to be loaded into CRIS (as attachments to the USN) must be uploaded via Manager. Each attachment is displayed as an icon along with the date of the attachment and description at the bottom. A check box control is also available for selecting the attachment for management functions. The following buttons are available within the tab for processing attachments:

Description

Clear Selection

Clears the selection (check box) of all attachments resulting in none being selected

Delete

Deletes the selected attachments

Upload

Allows the user to upload additional attachments from their computer
