If the user has determined that the building to be captured DOES exist as a building USN in the CRIS database, the user should click on the building point to identify the feature. Next, click on the ellipsis icon to display the context menu for the building, and select "Open in Survey123" from the menu as shown in the image below.

This will present a dialog to confirm the user wants to open Survey123 as shown in the dialog below (Note: the exact look of the confirmation dialog varies based on device and operating system)

Once confirmed, Survey123 will be launched with the Building Inventory form displayed that is pre-populated with the data for the Building USN from the CRIS database, allowing the user to update the inventory form.
