If the user has determined that an existing building USN does NOT already exist in the CRIS database, the user can click the "New Building" button  on the left side of the application. This will present a dialog to confirm the user wants to open Survey123 as shown in the dialog below (Note: the exact look of the confirmation dialog varies based on device and operating system)

Once confirmed, Survey123 will be launched with an empty Building Inventory form for the selected survey project displayed, ready to begin capturing information for the desired building, as shown below.
