While users can view the Building Inventory forms and Proposed Districts for all projects for which they are a team member from the Home (Overview) page, they can open a Survey Project which provides additional functionality within the project details page. To open a survey project, from the Projects tab, click the View button within the grid for the project to be opened. The Survey Project details page is displayed as shown below.
The Survey project details page shows the attributes for the survey in the left panel, as well as both an Inventory Forms tab and Proposed districts tab similar to the Overview page. However, within the Survey Project details page the grids on these tabs only show those Inventory Forms and Proposed Districts that were collected for the selected project (rather than for all projects for which the user is a team member).
Project Details Panel
The left panel displays the general data associated with the Trekker Survey Project (data that was entered when the Trekker Survey Proposal was submitted). A Project Status Summary is displayed at the bottom of the panel showing the status' of all data collected for the project thus far (both Inventory Forms and Proposed Districts).
The panel also contains two buttons that allow the user to perform the following operations within the project:
•Manage Team Members - Allows the user to add/remove members from the project team
